How embarrassing to be caught during this phase of construction! I have to say I'm really loving crossroads, thank you.

The thing I can't figure out is why it doesn't process the commands in the index page--but I think that's something to do with my CMS, not with you--the same thing happens for a different addon too.</description>

You need two hyphens on each side, not one.   Plus, if you want to use sets, use flickrset and for an image flickrimage.
