Of Ladders and Leads

HowToFightTheFlames

One of the difficulties of the Texan is that we run a different general staff every day of the week, and lose much of our senior staff twice a year as people graduate, go abroad, take internships and whatnot. Sometimes, we even don’t realize that there’s a gap between the last day of tryouts, where all the fresh eager beavers crowd the assignment editor, and the first day of regular staff, when they’re hired.

This, of course, has nothing at all to do with why I had to make a infographic in a couple of hours on Thursday. Fun stuff though, even if Layout squelched my fanciful airplane silhouette in the top right. Metaphorical fists, shaking. Symbolic makeup hug.

As a bonus, here are a few camping photographs from Pedernales State Park.
